Trouble shooting services can be provided to assist in any stage of a load and performance test, from scripting, to shakeout, to full test execution.  With your permission, we can even use webex (see www.webex.com) to connect to appropriate Windows PCs in your test environment (that has access to the internet) to help sort out any technical problems that you may be encountering during execution.

COST of SUPPORT:

$60 US Dollars (or equivalent) for each 15 minutes or part thereof.

First five minutes conversation or email exchange - FREE unless problem solved within five minutes.

An invoice will be submitted to you and your manager for approval and forwarding to your accounts payable department upon satisfactory provision of support.  Payment terms are 30 days from issue of invoice.
