BackFill services can be provided to assist in a load and performance testing project when a team member in unexpectedly unable to come in to work.  For BackFill to work most effectively, it is important to set up a BackFill Handover session, where key documentation, scripts and system architecture can be viewed and discussed.  Such a session usually takes between 2 and 4 hours.
